This looks NOTHING like advertised. I contacted Wayfair to set up a return and the "customer service" rep informed me that I have to pay for return shipping. Unfair. Highly dissatisfied. This is the last time I'll purchase from them.

The colors in this rug are muted and almost looks like the back side of a rug, however I do like the rug nonetheless. We're using this rug as an entryway rug, and it does make a nice first impression. Worth the price.

The pile on this rug is practically non-existent and its incredibly rough. It feels more like an outdoor rug or something youd place right at your door for people to rub their feet on. The colors are also very muted and dull compared to the picture.
