This Popinac Turquoise Rug What’s Old is new again in Beachcrest Home’s Vintage Collection of Rugs inspired by the trend of recycling old carpets and over-dyeing them in brilliant colours to camouflage stains and flaws. Each rug is power loomed in Belgium of 100 percent viscose yarn in a low-cut pile to recreate the threadbare appearance of worn vintage carpets. Yarns are deliberately dyed unevenly to add European character to the collection’s classic Persian and Turkish designs.

Sisal is super absorbent and will hold onto liquids. If a wet sisal rug doesn't dry completely, it can develop mold and mildew so it's important to use as little water as possible when cleaning. If your sisal rug does end up getting wet, allow it to dry completely before placing it back on the floor. How to dry clean your sisal rug 1. Begin by sprinkling baking soda or corn flour on top of the rug. 2. Leave the powder to sit on the rug for about one hour in order to absorb all the dirt.3.Shake the rug to remove excess powder. 4. Afterwards, use the upholstery brush to vacuum the rug.

This rug is amazing. Im actually using it in my bedroom, not outside. It is soft on my bare feet. Its very easy to clean, any dirt or lint just lifts right off with a vacuum. This is sure beautiful! A bit nervous about fibers starting to stick up from walking on the rug. I think I can probably poke them back in and use a little white glue. Haven't tried it yet. The fabric edge cleaned up easily from a few outside footprints by using a clothing brush that removes lint and pet hair. It really makes the space, in a beautiful all window Florida room.. Connie. Love it so much! I got the rug in the color Ivory. The rug is thin but not too thin. I got a rug pad but I’m still deciding if I will use it. There’s little specks and imperfections in the rug, but personally doesn’t bother me. I love how it looks in my office.
