It's a beautiful rug, but cleaning it is a nightmare!!! I had a little stain so I tried to get it out with a damp cloth. Once that area was dry there was a yellow mark. I decided not to go ahead myself and sent it to a professional cleaning instead. After they had the rug for two weeks they sent it back with the same yellow spot and said that they can't get it out. So this rug is a huge disappointment and it cost tons!!! Not even sure where the yellow spot came from. Very pleased with this rug. It is a little thinner than described, more like a tapestry. The colors are muted, light navy, gray, beige, blues. The pattern more pronounced than in most pictures. It is soft, but you need a good soft pad under it. It arrived within 24 hours of ordering, could not believe it. The price was the best I could find on the web.
