I ordered 2 rugs. They were despatched separately. The small one arrived first rolled in polythene but once down it only took about 30 mins until it was lying flat. The colours and pattern were as in web site pics. I'm pleased with them. Tracking differed with GLS delivering on the estimated date but communication having stopped half way through. The rug looks nice, but its very rough. It quickly collects all the fluff and because of how rough the wool material is, its quite difficult to vacuum.
