It’s been in place in our family room for more than a month now, and there’s been none of the shedding or balding I expected. It is soft and has just the right amount of thickness. We get so many compliments on it and it’s so easy to clean. We have a toddler and were nervous about a light rug, but it seriously repels stains, everything comes right out with a very mild cleaner.
