This is sure beautiful! A bit nervous about fibers starting to stick up from walking on the rug. I think I can probably poke them back in and use a little white glue. Haven't tried it yet. The fabric edge cleaned up easily from a few outside footprints by using a clothing brush that removes lint and pet hair. It really makes the space, in a beautiful all window Florida room.. Connie. It was difficult finding a natural rug that had rave reviews so this was a gamble but I am happy with my choice. No smell and I layed it upside down for half the day and it was almost perfectly flat when I flipped it around. Slight curling on one side that can easily be fixed with some double sided tape..
