Beautiful thick rugs but I was appalled at the packaging it was not wrapped in plastic and the bag they delivered was open upon speaking to the delivery driver it was like that when they got it 45 pound for a rug that was not packaged properly was disgusting. Fabulous, hard wearing natural rug. Not soft to walk on, however, it is actually quite rough under foot but we use it in a high traffic area which is practical and looks good in the room. Only reason I havent given 5 stars is that some of the weave has come apart.. Sharon. Burton-on-trent, GB. Sat Jun 13 2026

It was difficult finding a natural rug that had rave reviews so this was a gamble but I am happy with my choice. No smell and I layed it upside down for half the day and it was almost perfectly flat when I flipped it around. Slight curling on one side that can easily be fixed with some double sided tape.. Looks great and well made. My only gripe would be that it arrived folded in half and rolled, so has now left this fold mark indented in the leather.. Madelaine. Epsom, GB. Mon Jan 21 2019
