Packed really well for delivery and updates on delivery time on the day were helpful. The rug is better quality than we could have expected for the price, so great value. As with all rugs, it will need a bit of time to completely level out after we reverse-rolled it on unpacking, but so far (after less than 1 day), the corners aren’t up at all! This rug is amazing. Im actually using it in my bedroom, not outside. It is soft on my bare feet. Its very easy to clean, any dirt or lint just lifts right off with a vacuum.
