Customer service was fantastic about issuing a refund and scheduling a pickup for the item. But buyer beware! Great rug. Mine has been down in the kitchen for 3 years now and I still love it. We’ve had it on the drive in the summer and hosed it down with washing up liquid, and a brush , hung it on the washing line and it’s come up like new. Would definitely buy again. Anonymous. Mon Dec 08 2025
