Beautiful thick rugs but I was appalled at the packaging it was not wrapped in plastic and the bag they delivered was open upon speaking to the delivery driver it was like that when they got it 45 pound for a rug that was not packaged properly was disgusting. This is a great rug for the price - ordered the runner 80x220 for our kitchen. It's not soft to touch but also not super rough, seems to handle splashes well.
