Grey and beige floral fronds and lush hyacinths stand out beautifully against the dark brown pile of this plush shag by Ophelia & Co.. Power-loomed using synthetic fibres, the raised high and low pile of this lovely shag carpet creates visually alluring sculpted patterns. The ideal floor covering to add decorative balance to rustic or urban styled decor. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibers. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Turn carpet occasionally to equalize wear.

Love love love. Matches my furniture and apartment wall to wall perfectly! Very soft. Lays perfectly!!. Patricia. Cheektowaga, NY. Thu Oct 06 2022

Lovely, I like it. Anonymous. Wed Oct 14 2026

This runner matched perfectly with my sisal wool stairs carpet. I was looking for something with a black trim also as I have some black on the banisters. Great quality and arrived quickly and well wrapped. First experience with Wayfair and won’t be my last. Updated Slightly reduced my rating as there is potential for the wool to come loose. I had to trim a strand. Hoping it doesn’t start fraying.. Lesley. Dublin. Fri Jan 24 2025

Met my expectation in terms of size and design upon delivery. What I really like it about it is the way it changes colour under both room and daylight, giving the effect of a darker shade grey at times which compliments room setting throughout the day.. Robert James. Uckfield, GB. Sat Jul 10 2021

This hallway carpet runner is a twist pile that has been constructed with a 2 ply yarn. A twist pile is the most commonly used style of carpet manufacturing. This carpet runner is a cut pile, this essentially means that each tuft stands individually and if one tuft was to come loose then it would not affect the tuft next to it. A cut pile is a very popular choice for pet owners, as the pet's claws can not catch the pile, unlike a loop pile which could potentially snag if a loop was caught by a claw. The pile of this carpet runner is quite close, this makes the carpet less prone to flattening or crushing. It has been classified as a heavy domestic product, which means that it is suitable for high-traffic areas in all domestic locations, especially the hallway. This hallway runner has a latex gel backing which makes it non-slip on hard floorings such as Wood, Vinyl, or Ceramic Tiles. It is also anti-slip on carpet but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is sat on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be. Whilst being non-slip, the backing is also 100% waterproof and rot-proof. This ensures that the carpet will not shrink or wrinkle once it dries out from being wet. This floor carpet runner is ideal for hallways, kitchens, and caravans. The texture of this carpet is soft, smooth, and comfortable to walk on. Whilst soft and smooth, it is very durable and practical. The carpet is made using a fibre called Polyamide. Polyamide is a man-made fibre that has good properties and advantages. This carpet runner is stain resistant and resistant to fading from UV sunlight. It is anti-static and mothproof. The product has a low radius of ignition and has been

This stair carpet runner is made using a flatweave technique and is made for maximum durability. A flatweave is more commonly known as a basketweave. Traditionally, flatweave carpets are made using natural fiber such as sisal or wool. However, this carpet is made using a man-made fiber (polypropylene) that is a fraction of the price of a naturally made carpet, but just as durable. The pile of this hall carpet runner is extremely durable and will not flatten down as there is no pile to do so. Due to the cleverly woven construction of this pile, this is great for pets as the runner is pretty much indestructible. It has been classified as a heavy domestic product, which means that it is suitable in high-traffic areas in all domestic locations, especially the hallway. This stair runner has a latex, gel backing. This means that the carpet runner is non-slip and will not move on hard staring such as wood, vinyl, or ceramic tiles. This stair carpet runner is ideal for hallways, kitchens, and caravans. The texture of this carpet is fairly coarse, it has a firm feel and offers little comfort. This product is not made to be luxurious, it is made to be very durable and practical. The carpet is made using a fiber called polypropylene. Polypropylene is a man-made fiber that has fantastic properties and advantages. This carpet is 100% bleach-proof and stain resistant. It is also resistant to fading from the UV sunlight. It is anti-static and mothproof. The product has a low radius of ignition and has been hot nut tested to comply with (bs 4790). This is the most durable man-made gel back carpet runner. The strong and carefully selected colours of this rug combine with its classic vintage design. This rug finishes off every style of furnishing without sinking into the background. It also fits perfectly into a modern furnished home. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship from valuable materials, this rug is particularly durable and easy to clean. Most stains can be easily removed with commercially available carpet foam. The colour-matched border in a handmade look perfectly frames the design. The rug can also be used in rooms with underfloor heating. Please note that the colours on your monitor may differ slightly from the rug's actual colours.

Lovely colours in this rug but the quality isn’t quite as good as I have had in the past from wayfair. Just got this rug to go at the door of the bed so that won’t matter too much. You would need a non slip Matt to go under this if it was going on wood or laminate flooring as it’s quite sloppy on those surfaces. Emma. Perth-shire, GB. Tue Oct 13 2020

With its vibrant colours, classic geometric motif, and tufted edging, this area rug is brimming with timeless appeal. Adding a dash of traditional style to its surroundings, the rug is available in a range of sizes to suit your space. Its 100% wool makes keeps you warm all through the seasons.

This stair carpet runner is a loop that has been made for durability. A loop pile is becoming one of the most popular styles of carpet weave, due to the value for money that it represents. The weave is made so that it bounces back when walked on almost like a spring effect, this means that the pile will not flatten down easily and maintain its look for many years to come.  The pile of this carpet runner is very tight-knit, which makes the carpet less prone to flattening or crushing. It has been classified as a heavy domestic product, which means that it is suitable for high-traffic areas in all domestic locations, especially the hallway. This stair carpet runner has latex gel backing. The gel backing makes the runner non-slip and will not move on hard stairs such as wood, vinyl, or ceramic tiles. It is also anti-slip on carpet but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is sat on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be. Whilst being non-slip, the backing is rot-proof. This ensures that the carpet will not shrink or wrinkle once it dries out from being wet.
