Completely different colours to picture. One was light brown and the other grey with burgundy. Pictures show red and cream. Very disappointed with quality. Looks and feels cheap and nasty. Took a while with online chat, WhatsApp and then a phone call. Got a refund! Can't fault delivery and lady on the phone. Wayfair, seriously need need to ditch the WhatsApp feature. Very stressful and asked stupid questions. I was not prepared to completely unwrap the very large rugs to take pictures, when it's clear from the outside they are wrong and substandard qauilty. My neighbour bought beautiful qauilty rugs the week before from them. Information is limited and poor regarding these rugs.
