Very fast delivery. Rug is exactly as seen in the photo. It is thinner than l expected but it compliments my room perfectly. It has been down one week now and it is still slightly wrinkly from being packaged but has improved from first opening so I expect it just needs a little longer for it to be completely smoothed out. Very nice rug. I got the 2 x 275 cm size for the lounge. It came cling wrapped, rolled, and had end caps on each end. Rolled out fairly flat and has nice textures to it, looks like in the pictures not too thick but ok and solid. The rug arrived three days late in a box that was too small and parts of the cardboard were torn. Before I purchased it I had been advised in a 'phone call to Wayfair that this would not need an underlay and would lie flat on top of a fitted carpet. I tried putting it down with and without it but the results were the same. Wave-like rucking persisted making a safety hazard. The rug itself was warm and comfortable underfoot with a pleasing design. A disappointing product because not did not fulfil the function that I required; lying flat over a fitted carpet. The return procedure was easy and swift. The whole experience of having to wait for it when the courier failed to deliver it on time, then emptying the room of furniture then replacing it again twice was frustrating and annoying.
