The Gabbeh Lola rug is a handcrafted rug that features radiant colors. You can usually recognize Gabbeh rugs by the coarse weaving technique and the animal motifs that are worked into the rug. The sheep's and goat's wool is processed with natural and strong dyes. The Gabbeh is one of the rugs that were made by nomads and used for several purposes. Despite the coarse weave / loom, the Gabbeh rug is very soft and fits wonderfully into the bedroom, hallway and living room. The popularity of Gabbeh rugs increased enormously in the 90s.

The handwoven plain wool rug is an absolute trendsetter in the field of natural living. This sustainable rug is made of high-quality tumbled virgin sheep's wool in the pile and the indestructible jute core not only scores with its natural, renewable raw materials but also impresses with its high durability. Since the spun wool of the alpine carpet is washed in a special process, the horny scales of the wool hair get caught and thus form the typical abrasion-resistant surface of the carpet. The wool remains pleasantly soft and non-slip but is more abrasion-resistant and lint-free than with a cut pile. This means that the alpine rug can be used on both sides and is not only ideal for the living room, dining room, and bedroom but it can also be used in heavily used areas of the house, such as the hallway or children's room. Despite its compact surface, the Alpen rug is suitable for underfloor heating. The high-quality virgin sheep's wool in the pile also helps to improve the room climate. This rug is still woven by hand according to the old master craftsmanship in Greece. Therefore, special dimensions can also be made on request. This plain rug is available in 12 different, harmonious colours, so you can find the right colour complement for the floor with the alpine rug. Since the wool always absorbs colour in different intensities, slight colour nuances between the colour and the natural tone of the wool are preserved during weaving and fulling. As a result, the monochrome of the alpine rug looks subtle but never gets boring. The alpine wool rug is an ultra-modern rug that puts you in a good mood!

Rug is exactly what I was looking for style and color wise. Description should say Linen/Dusty Sage and Olive. The teal in the rug is slight, which is what I wanted - am guessing that due to the handmade aspect of the rug, each one will be unique. This photo was taken 12 hours after placing pad and rug - so still settling. Chairs and side table that will go on the rug are to the right and blend perfectly. The collection with designs ranging from contemporary florals to traditional global motifs.  Each richly-hued rug is hand-tufted by master weavers in India of top quality wool. Several designs recreate the one-of-a-kind look of fashionable over-dyed antique rugs using a special multi-coloured yarn that is meticulously coloured using ages-old pot dyeing techniques. After the dye is carefully applied to each strand of wool, touches of organic viscose are added for soft silky luster as special highlights accents.

How much urbane style does the My Jarven rug represent? Maximum, thinks OBSESSION! The pure wool look in an asphalt look, hand-woven in a disruptive 3D design. Looks abstract until you understand: URBAN STYLE IS THE MAXIMUM TREND!

Woven on jacquard looms in the traditional weaving centre of Belgium

The Linus collection is safavieh’s response to market demand for clean, transitional design in rugs that work equally well in traditional and contemporary homes. The collection’s unique purity and clarity of the colour are achieved by selecting only the purest premium New Zealand wool as a canvas for safavieh’s exciting new colour palette. Many of the designs in the Linus collection are accented with viscose for silky softness to outline patterns, and further highlight the softness of the wool.

beautiful rug.... it is pure grey which is what I like... the natural silverfish tone.. not the green, beige or purple tone! it is quite thick and feels great under my feet without a pad. it does shed a bit in the beginning, so you will need to vacuum it a lot to get that layer off. It goes perfect with my grey and black bedroom colors without bringing in another grey tone. After owning this rug for 1 month, my dog peed on it, and it completely ruined it, any type of liquid (not just urine) will turn the lines in this rug brown, so spot treating it is nearly impossible. if you have no chance of spills on this rug, it is gorgeous, but once it gets wet, the color change will drive you crazy!.
