Love it so much! I got the rug in the color Ivory. The rug is thin but not too thin. I got a rug pad but I’m still deciding if I will use it. There’s little specks and imperfections in the rug, but personally doesn’t bother me. I love how it looks in my office. The rug had a faint smell at first, probably due to its packaging and shipping, but it went away quickly after letting it air out for a day.. Loucil. Riverview, FL. Sun Jun 02 2024

The handwoven plain wool rug is an absolute trendsetter in the field of natural living. This sustainable rug is made of high-quality tumbled virgin sheep's wool in the pile and the indestructible jute core not only scores with its natural, renewable raw materials but also impresses with its high durability. Since the spun wool of the alpine carpet is washed in a special process, the horny scales of the wool hair get caught and thus form the typical abrasion-resistant surface of the carpet. The wool remains pleasantly soft and non-slip but is more abrasion-resistant and lint-free than with a cut pile. This means that the alpine rug can be used on both sides and is not only ideal for the living room, dining room, and bedroom but it can also be used in heavily used areas of the house, such as the hallway or children's room. Despite its compact surface, the Alpen rug is suitable for underfloor heating. The high-quality virgin sheep's wool in the pile also helps to improve the room climate. This rug is still woven by hand according to the old master craftsmanship in Greece. Therefore, special dimensions can also be made on request. This plain rug is available in 12 different, harmonious colours, so you can find the right colour complement for the floor with the alpine rug. Since the wool always absorbs colour in different intensities, slight colour nuances between the colour and the natural tone of the wool are preserved during weaving and fulling. As a result, the monochrome of the alpine rug looks subtle but never gets boring. The alpine wool rug is an ultra-modern rug that puts you in a good mood!

This is beautiful, proper wool rug and feels like it’s been well made. Bella. Clay Cross Chesterfield, GB. Mon Sep 07 2026

A high-quality mixture of shiny, coloured viscose and natural coloured wool. Groove is reminiscent of a handy, two-tone woven fabric. The shine of the viscose and the high wool pile in the light has a special flair.

Cozy and full of tranquillity, these homely high pile rugs embody exactly this feeling! The shaggy pile turns every floor into a soft feel-good oasis and gives your favorite room a particularly cozy touch. Matching the relaxed look, the dreamy foot flatterers fit skillfully into your interior style and also score visually. Quite different from what you might expect from the delicate coloring and soft surface, the shaggy rugs are unexpectedly robust and enormously hard-wearing for a high-pile foot cuddler. The uncomplicated handling and wonderful care characteristics owe the carpets to the versatile material polyester. This all-rounder in the textile industry convinces you with surprising durability and is very easy to clean, should something go wrong.

Drawing inspiration from Berber Moroccan motifs, these rugs are all about texture and technique, combining three different types of polypropylene yarn in a neutral palette of greys and naturals. This collection is easy to care for, hardwearing, and can be wiped clean, perfect for placing under a dining table or in a high-traffic entrance hall. These multipurpose rugs can also be used to decorate your outdoor spaces. We do recommend taking the rug inside during the winter months or storm weather to preserve the colour and keep your rug in perfect condition for longer.

The Gabbeh loom carpet is a handmade carpet that carries bright colors. Mostly you can recognize the Gabbeh rugs by the coarse weaving technique and the animal motifs, which are worked into the carpet. The sheep and goat wool is processed with natural and strong dyes. The Gabbeh belongs to the carpets that were made by nomads and used for several purposes. The Gabbeh carpet is despite the coarse weave / loom a very soft carpet and fits wonderfully in the bedroom, hallway, and living room. The popularity of Gabbeh carpets increased enormously in the 90s.

Excellent quality rug, sheds but maintains its vibrant colour, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Would happily buy again in another colour.. Sonia. Tue Aug 25 2026

Add a little bit of warmth to any interior with this cosy area rug. Hand-tufted from durable polyester, the carpet is pleasant to the touch and creates a homely atmosphere in any setting.

This floor carpet runner is made using a flatweave technique and is made for maximum durability. A flatweave is more commonly known as a basketweave. Traditionally, flatweave carpets are made using a natural fibre such as Sisal or Wool. However this carpet carpet is made using a man made fibre (Polypropylene) that is a fraction of the price of a naturally made carpet, however just as durable. The pile of this hall carpet runner is extremely durable and will not flatten down as there is no pile to do so. Due to the cleverly woven construction of this pile, this is great for pets as the runner is pretty much indestructible. It has been classified as a heavy domestic product, this means that it is suitable in high traffic areas in all domestic locations, especially the hallway. This floor runner has a latex, gel backing. This means that the carpet runner is non slip and will not move on hard flooring such as Wood, Vinyl or Ceramic tiles. It is also anti slip on carpet but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is sat on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be. Whilst being non slip, the backing is also 100% waterproof and rot proof. This ensures that the carpet will not shrink or wrinkle once it dries out from being wet. This floor carpet runner is ideal for hallways, kitchens and caravans. The texture of this carpet is fairly coarse, it has a firm feel and offers little comfort. This product is not made to be luxurious, it is made to be very durable and practical. The carpet is made using a fibre called Polypropylene. Polypropylene is a man made fibre that has fantastic properties and advantages. This carpet 100% bleach proof and stain resistant. It is also resistant to fading from the UV sunlight. It is anti-static and moth proof. The product has a low radius of ignition and has been hot nut tested to comply with (BS 4790).
