I ordered 2 rugs. They were despatched separately. The small one arrived first rolled in polythene but once down it only took about 30 mins until it was lying flat. The colours and pattern were as in web site pics. I'm pleased with them. Tracking differed with GLS delivering on the estimated date but communication having stopped half way through. Yarns are deliberately dyed unevenly to add old-world character to the collection’s classic Persian and Turkish designs. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibres. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Turn carpet occasionally to equalise wear. Remove spills immediately.
