The rug was just what I wanted and has the look I was hoping for but spoilt by the vague depth measurement. It would have been more helpful to state the overall depth and not just the pile measurement. I now have to take the door taken off and planed down for the door to clear the rug.. Lynne. It's actually a really beautiful rug. And flattened out very quickly. Great quality as well. I'm happy with my purchase. (The pics are just to show color. I have to stretch it straight.) Which is not displayed in the pic. You won't regret it.. Jessica. New York, NY. Mon Apr 25 2022

The durable qualities of this Melyssa Pink/Red Rug is transformed into the high-style home decor in trendy new looks and supple textures. It brings interior elegance to any high-traffic area, inside or out.

Nice quality for an indoor/outdoor rug. The odd thing (which I why I gave it just 4 stars) is that it photographs more pink than red. The name is "Griffeth Pink" and since I was using lots of pink flowers on my balcony that was key to my selection. However, in real life, the pink is secondary with red being the stand-out color. I took photos of the rug and it looks like the perfect match to the fuchsia in my chairs... photos can be deceiving... even my own. I'm going to be passing it on to my friend who is decorating her kitchen with red accents. Yup... crazy.. Diane. MI. Tue Jul 16 2019

I purchased the 2 x 8 runner and 8 x 10. Both are just as I expected and look great. I like the flatness and choose not to use a pad when I put furniture on rugs but the runner needs one to keep it from sliding.. Carolyn. Webster Groves, MO. Sun May 09 2021

This is such a beautiful rug. I had to order the square and the runner in the same pattern. It is neither high nor plush but it’s colors are vibrant then fade (as in the case of the runner to a paler, worn look). I love both!. Jacey. Warren, NJ. Thu Nov 07 2019

Nice rug, soft to walk on, looks like it will clean well. Nice neutral colors. I got the 3x5 and didn’t know it would have a fringe on two ends. I would prefer it without, but I’m otherwise very happy with the rug.. Joan. Waldport, OR. Sat Dec 19 2020

What’s old is new again in Bloomsbury Market’s Emmie collection of rugs. This collection is inspired by the trend of recycling old carpets and over-dyeing them in brilliant colors to camouflage stains and flaws. Each rug is power-loomed in Belgium of 100 percent organic viscose yarn in a low-cut pile to recreate the threadbare appearance of worn vintage carpets. Yarns are deliberately dyed unevenly to add old-world character to the collection’s classic Persian and Turkish designs. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibers. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove them. Turn the carpet occasionally to equalize wear.

This rug is very thin, but that is what I wanted. I bought 3 different sizes for my kitchen and sunroom. I love the colors. My only negative is that they have a nap, kind of like velvet. From one ongle they look dark and another they look light. That means when you sweep or even walk across them, you see light and dark patches. I am hoping that dissipates with time as overall I am pleased with them. The photos are the same rug, different angles!. Brenda. Pittsburgh, PA. Wed Sep 12 2018

A treasured vintage look is masterfully power-loomed into this high-styled luxury area rug, bridging the divide between classic sophistication and mod decor sensibilities.
