Really pleased with this rug; it's soft to the touch and don't show scuffs or nap when you walk across it. Style-wise, it's exactly what I wanted for my Manhattan apartment; contemporary and urban, but still cozy and inviting. Even my insanely particular Italian hair stylist commented on how lovely it was! It also is thick and robust enough to lay flat right out of the packaging without buckling or curling. This Smyrna Beige Rug is very light making it easy to place it in a different room. Due to its soft touch texture polypropylene, this rug is also very easy to clean.

The rug is great big size, just what we needed for the sitting area, it’s soft and kids love just chilling or playing on it. It is also very easy to clean with a dump cloth. At first the colour looked very much silvery but with time it disappeared and the rug got it’s photo like colour, but still slightly different, depending on the lighting which is fine with me. Simply stunning. I love how all the different colors come together. Even though the primary color is gray, every other color is just as beautiful. This rug took a little while to get to me, usually wayfair is much faster. I did not realize that the rug is more pixelated looking rather than lined. We got this rug in the 9' x 12' size, which is very large and a perfect to fit under our queen bed. It's large enough so that both sides of the bed have generous floor coverage - which means no more cold feet first thing in the morning! There's also plenty of exposed rug in front of the bed to display the beautiful pattern. These neutral grays, beige and light brown were a perfect fit for the industrial style and color scheme we are going for. It makes the room look larger and so much cozier. The pill height was a tad lower than expected. I have taken a picture for reference. However, it's thick and feels very nice overall. It was ordered on August 7th and received on September 2nd, which is longer than Wayfair's usual fast shipping. A local company took care of the final delivery and unfortunately rescheduled 3 times. The delays could be related to COVID-19 and how bulky this order was. Side note: One side of this rug is much darker (charcoal tones than the other) just as pictured on the site. We placed the darker side under the bed for now but when we flip it around in the future for even wear, it'll be interesting to see how it gives a different effect. I was very impressed with the rich colors in this rug. Using it in our laundry room will provide the coverage needed with a touch of modern.
