This is a beautiful rug. Bought for my daughter’s room to put under her bed. We have hardwood floors so she’s happy to have a soft rug to lang on when she gets out of bed in the am. This 10x14 rug is lovely and soft, the colors are very much like the pictures show. The shades of blue/aqua, cream, gray and dark brown are calming and will work with many colors. The wrinkles are slowly coming out. However, there is a flaw - we believe the assembly line machines damaged the fabric slightly. We had the option to return or get a discount. We have ordered some expensive yet horrible looking carpets and rugs online in the past. .. but this one is unbelievably only £40.00 and yet has the look AND feel of a beautiful old, sun-faded and age-weathered carpet. It is silky soft and yet heavy enough not to need sticky tape to hold it down. My only complaint is the way it was carelessly rolled up at the factory and arrived with some deep creases, which will probably take a few days to come out. Overall I am very pleased with this rug. It is definitely nice quality and beautiful. It’s a jute rug so it has gotten some snags/pulls in it since I got it a few months ago. The rug is in my living room so I think it’s kind of inevitable unless you place this rug somewhere it will never be walked on. I really don’t mind it anyway, it gives the room and rug a “lived in” feel. The rug was rolled and delivered in plastic covering. It arrived within a few days of ordering by DHL. I bought this rug for its green colour so it didn't disappoint. I'm not sure about the tassles in the corner; I think I'll remove them but that's a personal choice. It's reasonably thick rug so I expect it to last a good couple of years, if not more. The size is also perfect for the room. At the moment, the carpet doesn't lie totally flat but I'm sure that it will lie perfectly flat after a couple of days and when I put the anti-slip mat under it.. Mina. Wallingford, GB.
