The perfect anchor for a breezy seating group or dining room ensemble, this understated sisal area rug lends a touch of simple sophistication to any space. Let it be the foundation for a glass-topped coffee table in the living room, then outfit the ensemble with clean-lined linen sofas, striped armchairs, and weathered chests to round out your aesthetic in style. For an added dash of nautical appeal, top off your tabletops with weathered buoy accents and muted floral bouquets, then add striped Fouta blankets and sail flag-inspired throw pillows around the seating group for a dash of marina-worthy flair. If you're outfitting your dining room, simply set this rug under a weathered table, then arrange burlap runners and navy blue placemats to complement the neutral maize and linen tones. For a final finishing touch, try hanging down a trio of Mason jar-inspired pendants for vintage charm, then arrange rope-wrapped hurricanes and candle holders for a flickering and fashionable centrepiece.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a beauty! The Patricia Rodi x Livabliss jute/polyester semi-thick indoor rug is quite elegant and lays flat. It's soft and feels really comfortable under your feet, while remaining durable enough to handle foot traffic. I think it'll serve much better with a pad underneath. This rug combines recycled polyester yarns such as chenille and the very natural-looking jute yarn for an intricate look and feel. The textures are brutalist but with a soft hand, supple yet densely woven. The designs feature tweaked ethnic or elegant contemporary looks in warm neutral colour shades. Sisal is known for its strong, durable, and hardwearing properties, making our Sisal rugs the ideal rug to put in any high-traffic areas such as your hallway, living room, and kitchen. With a woven construction and classic border in a complementary colour, this Sisal rug will add style and comfort to any area of your home. Choose from a range of four colours. Due to the latex backing, these rugs don’t need any underlay added. Regular vacuuming with a strong brush suction is all that is needed for daily care of sisal and seagrass carpets. The beater-type cleaner is not as effective due to the weave. The strong suction of the vacuum pulls out the fine dirt which has accumulated between the fibers. Sisal is super absorbent and will hold onto liquids. If a wet sisal rug doesn't dry completely, it can develop mold and mildew so it's important to use as little water as possible when cleaning. If your sisal rug does end up getting wet, allow it to dry completely before placing it back on the floor. How to dry clean your sisal rug 1. Begin by sprinkling baking soda or corn flour on top of the rug. 2. Leave the powder to sit on the rug for about one hour in order to absorb all the dirt.3.Shake the rug to remove excess powder.4.Afterwards, use the upholstery brush to vacuum the rug.

Returning rug. Badly manufactured with binding running off from sisal grain resulting in rug not lying flat, misshapen and visually poor. Maybe I was just unlucky and got the duff one.. Anonymous. Fri Nov 10 2023

The Rug is made from the natural fibers of Sisal agave. Sisal rugs are suitable both when you want to add a natural component to your room and when you need a sturdy, flat weave to reduce walking noise. The rug has a non-slip latex backing. It is available in an extra large number of sizes so that it fits seamlessly into your interior.

Crafted from 100% jute (specifically chosen for its natural durability) with a sturdy cotton backing, this white and beige area rug has a textural finish and sandy beige contrast border that has us thinking of one of our favorite spots outside the beach. The lighter colour makes for a great contrast against darker farmhouse floors and the subtly faded finish gives it that lived-in charm of a reclaimed, flea-market find. Whether you situate it in the living room, dining room, or sunroom, be sure to add a rug pad to help keep it in place.

Nice durable rug. This rug is a sisal rug. The white is not a bright white, but a softer white. Adds a lot of texture to the dining room. Great size for a 42" table which is the size depicted in the photos.. Sheri. Southwick, MA. Fri Dec 18 2020
