Overall I am very pleased with this rug. It is definitely nice quality and beautiful. It’s a jute rug so it has gotten some snags/pulls in it since I got it a few months ago. The rug is in my living room so I think it’s kind of inevitable unless you place this rug somewhere it will never be walked on. I really don’t mind it anyway, it gives the room and rug a “lived in” feel. The rug was rolled and delivered in plastic covering. It arrived within a few days of ordering by DHL. I bought this rug for its green colour so it didn't disappoint. I'm not sure about the tassles in the corner; I think I'll remove them but that's a personal choice. It's reasonably thick rug so I expect it to last a good couple of years, if not more. The size is also perfect for the room.
