I needed a nice outdoor rug that would be easy to clean, relatively thin and able to withstand wet and dirt from those entering the front door from outside. The color is as shown. Almost has a basket like texture as opposed to a "rug." I do recommend a rug pad or something to keep it in place as it is quite thin and slips easily. Especially with dogs.
