Only complaint I have (but this is for any rug that is shipped) is that they are rolled so tight that it takes FOREVER to get the end to lie flat! Purchased the 9x12' rug for our living room/play room and it looks really good. The rug feels soft, did not smell for too long (it's made of plastic), and the colors are subdued. We have a 3 year old and a dog and the rug is in a high traffic area. I think it will hold up well. Can't beat the price.
