The rug arrived three days late in a box that was too small and parts of the cardboard were torn. Before I purchased it I had been advised in a 'phone call to Wayfair that this would not need an underlay and would lie flat on top of a fitted carpet. I tried putting it down with and without it but the results were the same. Wave-like rucking persisted making a safety hazard. The rug itself was warm and comfortable underfoot with a pleasing design. A disappointing product because not did not fulfil the function that I required; lying flat over a fitted carpet. The return procedure was easy and swift. The whole experience of having to wait for it when the courier failed to deliver it on time, then emptying the room of furniture then replacing it again twice was frustrating and annoying.
