I love the rug. It’s absolutely beautiful although there was a slight problem with delivery the delivery driver damaged the rug but the customer service team were quick to help me with my problem and we were able to come to a resolution very quickly. They were attentive they were patient able to understand where I was coming from although the delivery driver decided to not take responsibility and he continued to list that the item has not delivered.
