I absolutely LOVE this carpet. I gave it a 5 star review because of the carpet itself. However I give it a zero regarding shrinkwrapping the carpet with the backing facing the outside. If the carpet was actually rolled with the backing on the inside and the carpet itself facing out, the wrinkles would come out easier because they would be facing flat on the floor.
