Overall I am very pleased with this rug. It is definitely nice quality and beautiful. It’s a jute rug so it has gotten some snags/pulls in it since I got it a few months ago. The rug is in my living room so I think it’s kind of inevitable unless you place this rug somewhere it will never be walked on. I really don’t mind it anyway, it gives the room and rug a “lived in” feel. I would recommend vacuuming this rug sparingly and raising the height of your vacuum when you do, so the suction is not super strength over the weaves.. Samantha. Phoenix, AZ. Wed Dec 23 2020
