The Gabbeh Lola rug is a handcrafted rug that features radiant colors. You can usually recognize Gabbeh rugs by the coarse weaving technique and the animal motifs that are worked into the rug. The sheep's and goat's wool is processed with natural and strong dyes. The Gabbeh is one of the rugs that were made by nomads and used for several purposes. Despite the coarse weave / loom, the Gabbeh rug is very soft and fits wonderfully into the bedroom, hallway and living room. The popularity of Gabbeh rugs increased enormously in the 90s.
