It is hand-tufted using the finest New Zealand wool to create the natural fleece tones and clean designs reminiscent of the organic simplicity of Moroccan rug artistry.

Love this rug! I its so soft and the quality is really great. I searched for weeks trying to find a rug at an affordable price that was somewhat environmentally friendly and not made of plastic. I just don’t understand the reviews about it shedding too much. I ran over it twice with my vacuum after un-rolling it and really have had no issues. I just vacuum over it any time I vacuum my floors. A wool rug does require at least some minimal effort when you first get it. If you’re someone who doesn’t regularly vacuum maybe a wool rug in general just isn’t for you Basically, don’t listen to the reviews about people having to return it because it sheds too much.. Its alright, can be better -- Pretty to the eye but not convenient/efficient. not a big fan of the wool shedding. I read that it would take up 2-3 months for the wool rug come to normal terms (stop shedding). Its been 2 months i believe and I am impatient and annoyed with it as I continue to see balls of wool forming as people walk and shedding on our clothes. Not a good rug if you have kids for sure, and we as adults we can't just sit down on the rug (which is a main reason we bought it for our family room, especially during movie nights) and enjoy it! Therefore there should be warnings about this type of rug and/or instructions r additional tool kit for care and maintenance. Spent so much on the rug + pad and not satisfied. --- 1 YEAR AFTER , STILL NOT SATISFIED, STILL SHEDDING -- REALLY UPSET WITH THIS PURCHASE.. Ravipriya. Ajax, ON. Wed Mar 04 2020

The handmade flokati rug in natural wool is woven in the classic Greek tradition with 3 kilos of wool per square meter. Slight deviations in colour, dimensions, and weight are due to the production of this natural product. New wool is dirt-repellent and hard-wearing but tends to fluff. Do not vacuum off the wool fluff, but step on it. The formation of fluff decreases over time due to the matting of the surface. For smooth subfloors, you should use a carpet underlay.

Was not sure when receiving it looked like shrunk jumper hard hair also said not for walking on after one day I got used to it it is different and can live with it now. Gillian. Mon Aug 23 2021

This Jeffry rug is a particularly elegant piece: a whopping 4 kilos of wool are woven into each square meter. This amount of wool ensures a particularly dense, cuddly soft pile. The Rug is woven by hand in the classic tradition under high-quality conditions. Slight deviations in colour, size, and weight are due to the manufacturing process of these natural products. The Rugs are washable, cleaning instructions are included. Please note: This is a natural fiber Rug. Depending on the batch of wool, the colour always deviates slightly from the illustration.

Beautiful 9x12 rug! More of a blue-grey than the black-grey I was expecting. Diamond pattern is large (see children for scale:)). Base of the rug is woven wool and low to the floor. Shag lines are high pile - dramatically so. It’s a really fun rug! If you can, I highly recommend rolling this rug out in the driveway and vacuuming before bringing in the house.
