The rug looks nice, but its very rough. It quickly collects all the fluff and because of how rough the wool material is, its quite difficult to vacuum. Yarns are deliberately dyed unevenly to add old-world character to the collection’s classic Persian and Turkish designs. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibres. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove them. Turn the carpet occasionally to equalize wear. Remove spills immediately

The teal in the rug is slight, which is what I wanted - am guessing that due to the handmade aspect of the rug, each one will be unique. This photo was taken 12 hours after placing pad and rug - so still settling. Chairs and side table that will go on the rug are to the right and blend perfectly.
