I purchased the 2 x 8 runner and 8 x 10. Both are just as I expected and look great. I like the flatness and choose not to use a pad when I put furniture on rugs but the runner needs one to keep it from sliding.. Carolyn. Webster Groves, MO. Mon May 10 2021

This collection is inspired by the trend of recycling old carpets and over-dyeing them in brilliant colors to camouflage stains and flaws. Each rug is power-loomed in Belgium of 100 percent organic viscose yarn in a low-cut pile to recreate the threadbare appearance of worn vintage carpets. Yarns are deliberately dyed unevenly to add old-world character to the collection’s classic Persian and Turkish designs. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibers. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove them. Turn the carpet occasionally to equalize wear.

This rug is very thin, but that is what I wanted. I bought 3 different sizes for my kitchen and sunroom. I love the colors. My only negative is that they have a nap, kind of like velvet. From one ongle they look dark and another they look light. That means when you sweep or even walk across them, you see light and dark patches. I am hoping that dissipates with time as overall I am pleased with them. The photos are the same rug, different angles!. Brenda. Pittsburgh, PA. Wed Sep 12 2018

This rug is super soft, not overly thick and cushy, which is why we bought the pad to go under. It’s a gorgeous rug. Lighter than I expected (more off-beige-y, less red) but, totally fine. It has a “distressed” feel to it... not vibrant. Came in a neat package, folded up, however once rolled out, there were no folds. For the price, I would buy again. Highly recommend.. Christine.
