The rug has a nice geometric design that is colorful. The gray is the dominant color but the shades of gold and blue compliments the colors wonderfully. The rug is not thin that you can feel the floor directly beneath but has a thick enough pile that you can walk comfortably on as the pile or thickness is 0.5.
