The handmade flokati rug in natural wool is woven in the classic Greek tradition with 1.5 kilos of wool per square meter. Slight deviations in colour, dimensions, and weight are due to the production of this natural product. New wool is dirt-repellent and hard-wearing but tends to fluff. Do not vacuum off the wool fluff, but step on it. The formation of fluff decreases over time due to the matting of the surface. For smooth subfloors, you should use a carpet underlay

This Jeffry rug is a particularly elegant piece: a whopping 4 kilos of wool are woven into each square meter. This amount of wool ensures a particularly dense, cuddly soft pile. The Rug is woven by hand in the classic tradition under high-quality conditions. Slight deviations in colour, size, and weight are due to the manufacturing process of these natural products. New wool is dirt-repellent and hard-wearing but tends to fluff. Don't vacuum up the wool fluff, but step on it. The formation of fluff decreases over time due to the matting of the surface. This handmade flatweave rug provides a wonderfully cosy surface for little feet in the mornings. The rug is made of 100% natural wool to recreate the original texture and soft colourations of the famous antique Agawams, and the bright, neutral colours and patterns will appeal to children as much as adults. A rug gripper is recommended.

It is attractive and seems to stay in place. Comfortable to step on barefoot. Susan. Tue Jul 17 2018
