We only use high-quality new wool from New Zealand and Europe. We use New Zealand wool for the light base tone. The mélanges in grey and beige/brown are created by adding darker European new wool. The yarn core and the warp are made of jute. In order not to produce unnecessary plastic waste, the Rugs are sent in robust boxes. In this way, we can drastically reduce the use of environmentally harmful plastic films. The Rug can be used on both sides and should be turned and rotated regularly. In this way, it will be used evenly and will retain its beautiful appearance for a long time. Please vacuum the Rug only with the flat nozzle, without the rotating brush. I was initially worried because the rug seemed a bit lumpy after it was unwrapped but this disappeared as soon as I'd got it positioned and laid out flat. Possibly not as cream as it looks in the photos as there are more natural-coloured fibres woven in, but that works for me as I have a dog and the rug is in the dining area where spills are more likely.
