I am very disappointed with this product. I have paid for a rug that is not the size it was advertised at. Not only that, it was supposed to be arriving 21st November but only arrived today. My belief from the review is that I am not the first this has happened to. What can you suggest.. Marilyn. Bristol, GB. Sat Dec 03 2022

You pay for what you get. The synthetic hairs don't shed easily. I hoovered the rug upon arrival and it survived a Dyson so it's decent quality. Keeps my feet warm when working from home.. Mrs P. Buckinghamshire, Uk. Mon Oct 26 2020
