Beautiful chair! My husband put it together by himself in about 15 minutes. Simple to do and the quality was obvious. Having replaced a more expensive one, I was dubious but so far, so good. The wheels don’t move easily on carpet as mentioned by others but I am ok with that as it is for sitting at a desk. Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism.
