Mirrors fell out and luckily my fella was able to mend them properly being a joiner but that could have been a disaster if myself or any of my children had opened the doors for the glass to fall on top of them! The mirrors literally weren’t even fixed in properly. Also, the rail is made of wood and bends in the middle so I’ve pretty much paid just over £300 to fix a wardrobe up myself- will have to replace the rail with a metal one. Not very impressed. Well if you put in all the instructions it would make life easier. You have missed out so many bits Im having to guess what screws go where in the hope Im not using some I will need loads of later. Instructions are never great but missing how to attach the doors is quite important!!! Wax Polish

This wardrobe is impressive in a master bedroom and looks better than in the picture. It is solid mahogany of the highest quality and standard, and quite sturdy, too. The major issue has been the pre-sale service where I had specifically asked about its delivery for narrow stairs. I was told that it will be delivered as a small courier pack for self-assembly. It was delivered semi-assembled in two pieces (bottom and top) and the top part has been so problematic that I had to have it cut through the back side plus the edges, then have the marks waxed. Potential customers need to be aware that 'free delivery' means door delivery with one man so that one cannot notice whether the piece of furniture won't go through internal stairs. I spent £150 for the required changes and £70 on having two walls re-painted following failed attempts to have the bottom part upstairs. It would have been honest to be told of the exact specifications for delivery. I gave a 5 star for the quality of the product by the manufacturer but the pre-sale service and delivery was really bad.. Anca. Durham, GB. Wed Feb 01 2017
