I purchased 2 of these Black Reclining Armchairs as replacements for older Recliners I had. These are different make from my previous Recliners. They are comfortable although I do find the back of them are slightly more upright than my previous chair, also the seating area is slightly shorter than my previous chair so it will probably take me a little time to get used to sitting on them. They are however comfortable and the covering is very nice to look at. The Reclining position is comfortable and yes the Reclining position can be a little stiff to when returning it to the "seated" position but that will probably get easier as the chair is used more over time. The 2 chairs were delivered in a large box each and they required a little assembly although this is very straight forward and very easy to do. Overall these Recliners are good value. This promised to be a fantastic chair when delivered, very well made apart from one area. The chair in it's upright position is so reclined that it is uncomfortable to sit in for a period of time when working from home. I have had to use headrests from my sun loungers to give me a better seating position (Not Ideal) I think it is the bracket angle which hold the back of the chair but I am not expert. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB.
