It took forever to get here. Tracking said it was shipped on Aug 8th. Received on Aug 23rd. Once FedEx received it, it was delivered next day. When I did receive the chairs the box was tore to pieces. Not to mention FedEx dropped it off in the middle of my driveway. I had to get out of my car and move it to park. Sturdy and easy to assemble chair. The pictures don't show it, but there's a chrome bracket on the back, so just be aware. It could be a more comfortable if the back had a little give in it, but overall not bad. Nice chair, comfortable and is nice looking. Vinyl is definitely not gray, more of a creamy beige. I give it four stars because one of the arms does not sit flat so it is uncomfortable to rest on.
