Great chair, almost feels too big (like Ronnie Corbett in his big chair) but so nice for a larger lady such as myself to have lots of room! Descent chair bought to work from home. It was easy enough to assemble on my own. I now use it on a full time basis. I find it is comfortable and provides good back support. The adjustable armrests provide good support also and as a result my shoulder and neck pain is lessened. Very nice quality chair. Plenty of adjustment to seat height & moves around the floor nicely - just be careful if you have a hard floor & hang on to the ams before you sit down! This is a great chair for the price, it has issues but mostly in places that it doesn’t matter. I don’t think you will find a better chair if you are tall and want full back support,want height adjustment, tilt/rock function and adjustable arm rests, and it provides these well. It’s comfy and moves silently (a must for me being next to my baby’s room) and I’ve already put many hours in on this seat. Now for issues, the plastic casing/shroud on the seat is extremely thin and was cracked on mine upon arrival, an entirely cosmetic defect though, the handle/locking mechanism for the tilt adjustment can be very loud, i have oiled it and it’s been a lot better since, the rock function is nice although it doesn’t lock in the back position (like other chairs) meaning rock function is On or Off and locked into standard position, finally the wings on the seat do cut in a tiny bit (I’m a hefty guy) but not much, if I had bought this to watch movies in it may be an issue but I’m always playing games. Has to be said none of the issues have cause me any significant problems, and I am very happy with the chair. TL;DR - A great all-rounder for a pc chair, cheap price means some cheap areas are cheap quality but not in any area that affects functionality and I would recommend this chair for PC gamers.. One of the screws was very hard to put in. Leather is decent and not slippery. The construction is very sturdy, all metal. It's stiffer than I expected although that might change with time. The chair seat is also very wide, probably ~ 5cm wider than usual. Overall, 4 stars from be due to the problem screw, harder seat than expected and lack of lumbar support at this price.. Anonymous. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed.
