Actually really easy to put together - it took me longer to disassemble the bed it was replacing. Bought the full-size for my tween and it's a very solid, attractive style that would have cost a lot more somewhere else. We contacted the manufacturer of the bed they didn’t have any hardware in stock. Wayfair customer service was very lovely and sent a new bed frame.
