The product itself is beautiful, it comes already made up so no need to chew on making up the drawers etc all you have to do is attach the two drawer units to the top and put the glass on the top and you are good to go, the only thing I think could have been handled better was the delivery. Despite listing special instructions to deliver to my garden side as I have bi fold doors and would be able to get it in easier, they still came to my front door and was abit put out when I asked them to deliver to my garden side, when they got to my bi fold doors they put the bottom of my package in the door upright on the floor and then tipped it over despite it saying all over it fragile glass and do not drop etc thankfully there was no damage when I unpacked it all because it was packed really well with protective cover but I still think it should have been handled with more care..
