Absolutely beautiful chair! But it loses a point because a) its a bit firm!...and b) the instructions could do with being clearer around the positioning of the legs - there are angles involved so some stickers on the legs themselves or on the chair base to confirm the direction would be helpful. Our first chair was damaged, the way it had been placed in the box meant the chair cushion was compressed and the material was marked. The chair was replaced quickly by Wayfair which was a seamless process. The second chair arrived in much better condition but still had marks on the material (less obvious), I couldn't face returning it again.
