It’s a nice bed, but assembling it was a nightmare the instructions are awful nothing is labelled so it’s a guessing games as to what is what, and there is a lot of pieces to this bed. Almost got to a point of just giving up with it. They had parts in the instructions that didn’t exist we came to the conclusion that parts were meant for a small Double and standard double but nothing saying that’s the case so very confusing. My husband is a very experienced man when it comes to Flat pack furniture too ( I’ve trained him well ) so don’t buy this bed unless you want a very stressful few hours!!. Leia. Lincoln. I really liked the style but it is incredibly low to the floor and it came with two instruction booklets which caused multiple taking apart and putting together. Very taxing purchase would not recommend. All I can say is it’s proper wood and sturdy but nothing else good about it. Rhianne. Romford, GB. Sat Aug 31 2024

Recieved a small double bed and the headboard slats were too small to fit across. (In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection. Good customer service from wayfair just poor packaging from manufacturers.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 29 2024

Appalling quality. Countless splits in the wood. No edges have been sanded so lots of splinters while assembling. Took me (a qualified carpenter) over 4 hours to get together. Also to top it off there were some screw holes missing and some that don't line up. Also pretty much all of the joints don't tighten up nicely. I would return this but have invested so much time in getting it together. Would have put a 0 out of 5 if it were possible. Alan Captain. Dereham, GB. Sat Aug 10 2024
