Purchased SuperKing size. I Chose this to fit a MCM style decor and because the mattress goes to the edge of the platform. Due to the small bedroom I needed to save as much space as possible, and I hate knocking my shins against the sides of a bed. I am very satisfied with the bed frame. The colour is as expected, and is a warm brown. The Surface of the headboard is smooth, no rough wood or splinters. It appears to be strong and hasn’t shifted about or creaked. Just be aware that the headboard is made up of small pieces of wood, if you look closely at photos you will notice that. It wasn’t my first preference but I still ended up ordering it and I like it. The height available underneath is 14cm, so my underbed storage boxes didn’t fit under. I got new big bags that could squash under and I had a clear out too. We didn’t end up using the sticky strips that you’re supposed to place the mattress onto. My latex mattress is so heavy there’s no way it’s shifting anywhere. I did inadvertently order the assembly guys on delivery. So just be careful when ordering if you don’t want that. It only worked out to £40 though in my case, which was good value. The 2 guys took 45 mins to assemble the bed and they took all the packaging away.. Samantha. West Yorkshire Uk. Wed Sep 09 2026

Made from solid beech and oak wood, this wood bed features a natural, oiled finish highlighting the wood’s rich grain while ensuring long-lasting strength. Our bed frame’s eco-friendly wood supports sustainable practices, making it a responsible choice for your home.

The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. Overall assembly took about 2 hours. Finished product is very good though.. Pat. Tue Nov 25 2025

Lovely bedframe, I got the antique white and it's quite white (as opposed to grey/white) but still looks lovely in my room. Reallly good quality too.. Anna. London, GB. Mon Apr 15 2019

Traditional style French Sleigh Bed with a low footboard which is great for tall people and smaller rooms

It is quite hard to find such a large size bed in the UK, so really fancy it. However, the head board and the end of the bed both stand more space than other "normal" size bed frame, which resulted difficulty sit in a new bedroom.. Jason. London, GB. Tue Mar 19 2019

Very easy to assemble... took about 30 min. Looks nice- sits lower to ground so the twin size was perfect for our 7year old’s room. We have a 12in mattress on the bed and it works perfectly.. Sarah. Loudon, TN. Mon Jan 04 2021

A minimalist focal point for any modern bedroom. This bed frame constructed from rubberwood boasts a natural look thanks to the exposed wooden finish which beautifully highlights scandinavian and rustic decor styles. Its plain and simplistic appeal makes the bed exceptionally easy to accessories with. Designed without a headboard, it is a perfect solution for rooms with low or slanted ceilings and attics. Extremely comfortable, high-quality precise workmanship, robust frame, classic design and easy to maintain.

Honest review: Was surprised on the quality of the frame. I did half expect that the wood patterns and the dye would be off and that it would look fake, however I was amazed that it looks very real. (Even better then the photos). Takes roughly a hour and would suggest 2 people to build (tools included).. Monty. Gloucester. Tue Sep 17 2024

A modern take on a classic design, this bed can easily be a statement piece in every bedroom in the traditional, minimalist, cottage, or Scandinavian decor. Durable and stable solid wood construction ensures the longevity of the piece while the natural, dark wood finish gives it a rustic look. The bed features a slatted base which guarantees proper support and even distribution of body weight.

Beautiful bed! Looks exactly like the pictures. Feels sturdy. Only reason for the 4 stars is it's a lot of work to put together. However once done, it's great!. Leila. London, GB. Fri Jul 05 2019

This metal bed brings a modern touch to any bedroom. Its solid frame structure is very stable and durable.

The bed is exactly as described. A little lower than I anticipated but it's great!. Elizabeth. Coventry, GB. Mon Jun 07 2021

This bed is made of oiled rosewood, which has a hardness grade and its composition is ideally suited for the manufacture of fine furniture. The simple design and the clear lines of the workmanship lend this piece of furniture an appearance, while at the same time radiating comfort.

Preis und Qualität… empfehlenswert. Ewa. Köln, DE. Mon May 17 2021

Yo will first notice the decorative sliding doors on this bed. But the surface of the solid mango hardwood is also impressive. The post-processing gives it an individual used look that can be combined in many ways. The holes that were added later are particularly ingenious, reminiscent of those of woodworms.

wir sind mehr als zufrieden :) alles top!. Fabiana. Aidlingen, DE. Sat Nov 14 2020

Rounded corners, the vivid Sheesham/rosewood grain, and the high-quality smoked cherry finish, these are the special features you will love about this bed frame. This solid wood bed has a heavy appearance which is lightened by the design-orientated elements. Be inspired by the design of the rounded edges!

All those who dream of a truly royal bedroom can now fulfill their dreams. This canopy is a high wooden bed with a structure prepared to hang a canopy. It is really beautiful and extremely solid. Despite its size, this piece of furniture has a rather slender silhouette. The high legs of the bed, which are quite wide in the lower part, are designed in such a way as to narrow it down to the top. The height of the sideboards and the space under the bed create an impression of lightness, although it is quite a heavy piece of furniture. This canopy bed is equipped with a high headrest on which you can comfortably support your pillow. The height at which the mattress is located - over 40 cm - makes getting up from the bed very smooth and comfortable. This furniture is equipped with a standard mattress frame, which allows you to use the bed immediately after its assembly and arrangement. Unlike similar furniture available on the market, this canopy bed was made entirely of solid wood combined with the so-called "micro trailers". Such a way of joining wood elements allows to make the furniture to materials be completely free of knots and blemishes and increases its strength and resistance to moisture - the furniture does not warp. Moreover, thanks to this, the bed has a uniform structure and is even more beautiful. This canopy bed is supported by 4 thick legs. At the top, they are connected by 4 solid crossbars with a cross-section. Both in the lower and upper parts, the construction of the furniture is fastened with thick moon screws, which are intended to pull together individual elements of the bed structure. The bed does not squeak, creak, crack, knock, or reveal what is happening to it. The prerequisite is that the leg is firmly twisted, in accordance with the instructions in the assembly manual. To sum up, this canopy bed is a beautiful and really solid piece of furniture that will last for many years, and will be used until it gets boring.

Really good and not expensive. Really happy with it. Aeron. London, GB. Tue Aug 25 2020

A Victorian-inspired design, the mahogany four poster bed frame will highlight the bedroom decor with a vintage touch.

A lovely bed which looks stuning once in place. Howeer there were no instructions on how to assemble the bed so it took a while to work it out.. Mrs K. Ashford, . Tue Feb 16 2016

This bed is a piece of furniture with a modern and light design, which definitely stands out from other wooden beds. This bed has a unique, "broken" headrest, which in combination with supporting brackets creates a very interesting and practical form in use. These properties in combination with the specific shape of the legs make this piece of furniture look very dynamic and will surely appeal to people who like a modern style. Like other furniture from this series, this bed was designed by designer Julia Kononenko. Despite the mentioned "lightness", this bed is an extremely solid piece of furniture. The sideboards and most of the construction elements are as thick as 4 cm! This ensures trouble-free use for many years. Like all Corrigan Studio beds, the solidly twisted bed has no right to creak or sound in any situation. They took care of it by designing special fastenings that connect individual elements of the furniture with each other. This bed frame for the bedroom is made of solid pine combined with the so-called "micro trailers". Such a solution ensures that there are no knots or wood blemishes on the outside of the furniture. Individual elements of the furniture are connected with each other by means of thick metal screws. This furniture can be repeatedly unscrewed and screwed. No boards or laminates are used in the production of Scandia furniture! These products are made entirely of wood!

This is a very good bed made from beautiful beech and sleeping in the bed is an absolute delight. So why four stars - well the beautiful headboard is about 10-15cm too small for modern mattresses as seen in the photo with 15 tog quilt and a firmer memory foam mattress so you can’t really see the beautiful beech headboard. John. London, GB. Mon Aug 24 2020

The bed frame will inspire anyone who wants warm and cozy comfort in their home. The rugged rustic look is enhanced by natural solid oak and rough finishes. The surface of the bed is oiled, preserving the natural appearance of the wood.
