Superb bed. Could have been delivered the next day but I chose 2 days. Fantastic communication with emails and texts kept me fully updated on delivery from the main warehouse to the local delivery office. The night before delivery i was given a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery i received a phone call when the delivery was half an hour away. Delivery was made by 2 friendly people, who couldn’t do enough. Delivery was completed with an hour to go. The bed instructions were easy to follow. Everything was complete and I am extremely happy with the end result. It took me 55 mins to build the bed by myself. I am very happy with my purchase. This is the first time I have used Wayfair and would definitely consider using them again. Great bed for the price, superb delivery and communication. Thank you!. Alison Davies. Gillingham. The ottoman lift is easy to operate and reveals storage space ideal for clothing, bed linen, books, and more. A mattress is not included.

I love this ottoman storage bed! It looks great and stores a lot of stuff. Delivery was on time. It takes two to put it together but was easy once we found the instructions and did not rely on the video alone. We decided not to attach the bottom to the bed as it only attached by Velcro. We store plastic boxes under our bed that are quite heavy, but they also cannot be seen under the bed so it works very well. The bed fits a standard double size (bought elsewhere) perfectly. We are very happy with it.. Nicole. Reading, GB. Sun Apr 26 2026

Great design, and works as advertised. Just be careful when assembling, since the gasket can cause the bed platform to rise pretty quickly if there isn't weight holding it down.. Sam. Kalamazoo, MI. Thu Jan 08 2026
