Ok so it’s a quality piece of furniture but it’s not white and I was disappointed but as it’s such a large bulky item I didn’t want to return. I’m sure I will get used to it but it’s not what I was expecting, having said that it’s a nice bookcase just ensure you’re not expecting bright white like the pictures on the Website. Teresa. It looks great and fit together well, but you're not provided enough fixings to actually put the product together fully due to the contents page of the instructions having the wrong number. I had to contact customer service to get the remaining fixings needed. Also the box was damaged when it was delivered (thankfully none of the wood was damaged), and the delivery driver dropped the package getting it out of the van as he refused help carrying it to the front door!. A beautiful piece of furniture, that is solid and well made. The colour is a lovely golden oak and measurements are accurate. There are 3 heights to choose from for the shelf above the drawers, in discrete pre-drilled holes. I was given the choice of a few dates for delivery, then given a time slot the day before and the lovely delivery guys contacted us when they were nearly here.
