Two stars are for the delivery and the way Wayfair handled our first complaint. This is the same second chair we had delivered last week due to the first chair having a faulty arm. Wayfair customer service have been marvelous, replacing the chair again but sorry to say the second chair has the same exact damage to the arm on the left hand side of the chair. There is quite a dent in the arm as if there is not enough padding. This surely must be a design fault as it is still the same left hand side.
