Positives are it was easy to put together, and I like the brown color. However, I'm willing to bet the hinges will strip out in no time since the screws go into plastic. Also, after two days in the sun with temps mid-80s, the lid has warped all the way around. It's been outside a week. None of the corners seat properly now, which makes the middle sag, as seen with water collecting on the top. I can push the corners down and they pop back up. The gap is big enough to likely allow water and bugs to get in. Though the top fit perfectly for the first few days, before the hot days, I backed out the hinge screws a little bit to see if the top needed some give. I've put a little shim in the middle on the front, which you can see in the first photo and will have to put bricks or something else on the corners to see if I can train them to seat properly. Compare the photo with the rock (weight of the rock is keeping corner in place) with the gap in the second photo. All four corners are like this. I will be disappointed if the top doesn't adjust to it's environment. As it is, I doubt this will last a year out in the elements. There is no protection from the sun/elements on my deck.
