6 Pair Flip Down Shoe Storage

I purchased '6 Pair Flip Down Shoe Storage' on the 11th of September 2026 and it was due to be delivered by DPD by the 24th of September 2026. It arrived on the 23rd of September 2026 broken and unusable. I contacted WayFair but it hadn't updated in their system that I'd recieved my order, so was unable to select any of the options provided on their website regarding problems with an order, so was put through to a team member (they did not state their name) via text message. I explained the situation to them and unfortunately, a replacement was not possible, due to the item now being out of stock. The team member submitted a request for a full refund to be processed and approved within 1 business day. The refund would then show via my original payment method within 3-5 business days. I recieved a full refund almost immediately, however, I was not offered a discount for any future purchases and I had to ask the team member for the broken item to be collected. I recieved an email from FedEx minutes later confirming the item was scheduled for pick up the following day between 10am-6pm. 3 days later and it has still not been collected. I'm unimpressed and displeased with the service I've recieved, especially as a first time customer.

6 pairs of shoes if you’re size 11. Probably fit 12 pairs if you have very small feet. Had to return as a lot smaller than expected.

Beautiful and sleek. Love how all drawers open at once Great by wonder product

The item its self was really good however kept arriving dented so had to send back, wayfair was really good though and customer service was 5 out of 5.
